Several changes are being made in the Medium, to make it a more interesting place leaving it more accessible for everyone.
The changes do exist, but in some cases, they even complicate those who do not dominate the platform.

What’s happening?

According to Medium’s team, Medium is becoming more relational to give writers more freedom and agency in building and maintaining relationships with their audience. They claim that their system has not always served writers as well as it could.

How to Find the Topics for Curated Stories?

step 1 choose the cured story
step 2 select the three points …
step 3 edit story
step 4 selects again in the three points …
step 5 More settings> Reader Interests

step 6 Check the Primary notification. Underneath it, you can see the topic name for distribution.

This is an additional task for editors to create a report of the curated stories in publications.
However, I don’t understand why Medium made it harder to identify the distributed topics of stories. It was much easier and effective than before.

Thank you for reading.
